Ashley and Marcus are incredible people and I was so honored to document their special day of love. You may remember them from their Nashville Engagement session. They shared heartfelt vows on the blue bridge downtown with perfect Grand Rapids cityscape views, then danced the night away at Frederik Meijer Gardens. Everything was absolutely amazing, with so much love and laughter sorrounding them. I think Kent Country Club is probably one of my favorites West Michigan country clubs because of its historic character and charm. It's such a perfect spot for an elegant wedding, and that's exactly how I would describe this wedding. Lindsay and Chris exchanged heartfelt vows overlooking the great rolling hill views under a beautiful birch branch arbor on a perfect sunny July day. It was such an amazing day of laughter and love, thank you for sharing such wonderful memories with me and allowing me to document your special day of love.

I've known Dan for quite a few years, and I've had the chance to watch him begin and then flourish in his own photographer adventures. Now Dan and Carrie run a photography business of their own (check it out here), so of course it's extra special to be asked to document the wedding day of another fellow photographer. The love these two have for each other made every single moment feel vibrant, warm, and cozy, even on a dull, cold, and gloomy December day in Michigan. The Grand Rapids Public Museum was the perfect venue for Eryn + Ryan to celebrate with their family and friends traveling near and far. While they were planning the wedding, Eryn and Ryan told me that they wanted to do their best to show off Grand Rapids because both of their families and many of their guests were traveling from out of town. The ceremony spot overlooking the river and the blue bridge was the perfect spot for their guests to soak in all of Grand Rapids and its beauty. Eryn and Ryan made sure that no detail was left untouched for their reception at the Grand Rapids Public Museum: from the handmade coaster favors with all different photos of Grand Rapids, to the delicious Michigan cookies, and even the personalized wedding koozies. I'm so glad I was able to witness and capture your wedding day, Eryn + Ryan!
